Use in Children

 

There is no particular data evaluating usage of Generic Buclizine in different age groups. Nonetheless, children may be particularly susceptible to the anticholinergic impacts (such as xerostomia or dry mouth, nose, and throat) of this medication.

 

Other Problems

Dosage & Administration


Generic Buclizine is available in the form of chewable tablets to prevent the symptoms related to motion sickness. In case of adults and teenagers, the standard dosage is 50 mg taken half an hour prior to travel. If the requirement arises, it may be administered every 4 to 6 hours repeatedly. However, the maximum amount of Buclizine taken per day should not exceed 150 mg. For children below the age of 12, dosage should be determined by your physician.
